Join the Alumni Association

Being an Alum is Forever

No matter where life takes us, Indiana University will always be a part of our story.

IU is where we made lifelong friends, discovered our passions, and created lasting memories. It’s a place many of us called our home away from home.

At the IU Alumni Association, we believe your IU journey doesn’t end at graduation. Our mission is to further the future of our alma mater and keep alumni—nearly 750,000 and growing—connected for life.

We hope you’ll join us.

Volunteer

What does being an alumni volunteer involve?

Your role as an alumni volunteer will vary depending on the needs of the IUAA. As a volunteer you might:

  1. Contribute to the Virtual Alumni Network—the IUAA’s social and professional networking platform available only to members.
  2. Help plan and organize special events.
  3. Promote IU initiatives on social media and via email.
  4. Spearhead fundraising activities.
  5. Volunteer in your local community.
